First time using Tuxford for my mower service (it was in desperate need of a service) the team were excellent and the mower looked awesome. My partner asked me if the mower was ours up on return. Hasn’t looked or more importantly worked so well in years. Highly recommend them. Thank you Matt

I bought my Cobra lawnmower from here. This mower was recommended based on my requirements which was most suitable for my lawn. The lawnmower was fully built up and delivered to my door which was amazing, and took the stress out of purchasing a new mower (which I wasn’t sure about). The advice and knowledge that they have was just second to non. We’ve since had the mower serviced and again stress free with the collection and delivery service that they offer. Would highly recommend to anybody looking to buy either a new mower or get theirs serviced. 5* for me! Thank you very much.

I have dealt with Paul and before him his father, Ted, for over 25 years. They are my go to place for all garden machinery needs and servicing. Always helpful and reliable. Unhesitatingly recommend them to everyone.

Very helpful, bought my chain saw from them, got great advice for what I should get for my needs and found out today it was 6 years ago, never missed a beat and I use it more than I suggested I would have at first, just ordered 2 replacement chains and its a good job I went back to them because I would have bought the wrong ones. Comfortable to recommend them.

My experience with Tuxford Lawn Mower Centre is that Paul and Tiffany are friendly people to do business with. Advice on new equipment and repair is sound and mower repair and service has been carried out to a high standard.

I have to write this to inform peope of what can happen when using this company. I have a Hayter 56 mower and took it to Paul (who I have used before before they moved into their nice new house) and we went through a job card itemising the work that was required. Service Blade sharpening Fix the exhaust that was slightly blowing Replace rear roller bearings that had broken and needed replacing After 2 weeks, I was told they were struggling to get the roller bearing (same old excuses Covid, supply and demand etc) so I reseached the part and found a genuine bearing in 10 minutes and had it sent directly to their workshop. It took over another week to be told it was ready, so I had it collected. Around £140 later, the mower was back and I started it up. The exhaust was never even looked at, despite it being written on the job card and only HALF of the split rear roller was turning. When I queried this with them, I was told it was because another part had probably gone (so WHY wasn't this picked up when they fitted the bearing? Doh!) So I have a mower that once again ISN'T working properly and it took nearly a month and a few quid to get it like that! Seems to me that they no longer give a toss about customers (the very people that brought them their success) and they are too big and busy to care! Same old story as with a lot of companies. Too busy, don't care, way below standards! I am actually really angry about this as I have to go through the whole process again but this time need to find a company that DOES the work they say and cares about their customers and reputation. Will NEVER go near this company again. Complete waste of time and money. Thanks for that Tuxford Lawnmower centre. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!
